Characteristic
- The GHS series single-stage horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is designed according to EN733(DIN24255) standard.
- GHS has simple structure, reliable performance, small volume, light weight, low power consumption, easy operation and maintenance.
- Universal replaceable GHS parts. The entire series has 46 models using only six types of shafts. All parts can be replaced
Main parts
- Pump housing: Spiral chamber and foot support structure, with helical chamber, foot, inlet flange and discharge flange molded into one unit.
- Impeller: Sealed impeller is designed in excellent hydraulic pattern to ensure pump performance and efficiency.
- Suspension (bearing unit): Suspension fork is fitted with an internal bearing. There are a total of 6 bearing specifications for the entire series. Bearings must be lubricated with lubricating oil or grease.
- Shaft seal: Use mechanical seal. Domestic and imported high-quality mechanical seals can also be used.
- Electric motor: High quality motor with low noise and small vibration. Explosion-proof motors or other motors with special requirements can be used if necessary.
- The pump is directly driven by an electric motor with an elastic coupling.
- Pumps of the same specification may have different efficiency (indicated by the letter ABC on pump models) if the outside diameter of the impeller is changed.
- The pump rotates clockwise if viewed from the drive end
